StableDoc Telehealth platforms (mobile App and Web App) contain chat and video consultation features that enable our users (Patients) to communicate with our Providers live online for the purpose of consultations and follow ups. Sometimes users can communicate with us without paying for our products and services. When you use our chat or video consultation technology, we may collect some or all of the following information: your email address, first name, last name, location, date of birth, phone number, health information, and any other information you willingly provide to us. You should only provide enough information to us that is necessary to answer our questions

If you provide a mobile telephone number and/or email address to us, you are giving your consent and authorizing us or a third party to send you text messages or e-mail notifications especially to notify you of our services such as appointment booking with us. You are not required to give us your consent for these text messages and e-mail notifications. We offer full refund for an appointment canceled 72 hours before the due date, and for a missed appointment resulting from failure of the Doctor to join the call at the appointed time.

This privacy policy is subject to change from time to time as the need arises to show changes in our information practices or relevant laws. We may do this without giving prior notice to you.
