At StableDoc (“StableDoc”, “we”, “us”) your Privacy is top priority to us.

This Privacy Policy explains what we do with the personal information we collect from you or about you when you access or use our website or app (together, the “Services”).

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the services or provide us your personal information.You may be using the Services as a recipient of health care clinical services from us. If so, the protected health information (PHI) that we collect about you in the context of providing those services is governed by applicable country health information privacy laws of the country you are accessing from, not this Policy.

Personal Information we collect

Exceptions to request for Deletion of information You may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, however, we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete Personal Information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives and we may also retain Anonymous Information about your use of our services. Once we disclose some of your Personal Information to third parties, we may not be able to access that Personal Information and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures. After we delete Personal Information, we may retain De-Identified Data and will continue to use De- Identified Data as permitted under this Site Privacy Policy.

How StableDoc Protects your information:

On our part, we ensure to keep personal information we collect and maintain safe from unauthorized access by way of encryption of data when stored in secure facilities, encryption of data in transit where possible and ensuring strict access controls to personal data in our care.

Please note that we can’t guarantee that personal information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed if the safety steps we use to protect information are broken; as no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. StableDoc cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us via network we not control such as internet and any wireless networks.

Children's privacy

We do not deliberately collect personal information online from under age children depending on the country. If we find someone submitting information to our services is under age based on country law, we will delete any information collected as soon as possible.

Changes to our privacy policy and practices

This privacy policy is subject to change from time to time as the need arises to show changes in our information practices or relevant laws. We may do this without giving prior notice to you.
